The MPERIA A-Series is a new generation of industrial label printer and applicator that works so well so you’ll almost forget you have it installed. It’s designed for simple maintenance of printheads, rollers and driving belts, with easy access and no tools required. The single-piece solid-construction frame, sealed ball bearings and brushless DC motors reduce mechanical points of failure and maximize the longevity of your system, even in rough environments.

The A-Series provides consistent and precise label placement with configurations for virtually any application. Once applied, the system automatically validates code readability to ensure quality.

The MPERIA A-Series has improved safety features including a minimum of moving parts and intelligent control to reduce trap points. By reducing risk of injury, systems are more easily integrated into your production environment without the need for bulky cages or bolt-on protection systems.

Flexible mounting options and pre-loaded test layouts make install and setup quick and easy. The MPERIA controller’s intuitive touchscreen provides an operator-friendly user interface. Warnings like “paper low” and alarms like “paper out” keep you up and running. An easily accessible label path makes changing labels and ribbons effortless for anyone.
