Offering increased productivity and decreased cost compared to single-use cartridges, the VIAjet™ L-Series Active Bulk Ink System (ABIS) is a leap forward in bulk ink delivery technology and the new standard in reliability and quality.
A bulk ink delivery system for high-volume, lower-cost TIJ printing, ABIS perfectly pairs with L-Series printheads to deliver a high-quality mark on various substrates using water-based or solvent-based inks available in one liter and 500ml bags.
The dual-ink supply switches automatically for uninterrupted printing while changing the bulk ink. The system’s unique auto-calibration and onboard sensors provide a flexible setup while ensuring consistent, high-performance printing.
Each system includes:
- Bag-in-box holder
- Tubing kit
- ABIS control module
- Associated cable/tubing bundle (ABIS L-link)
- Up to four ABIS cartridge sensor modules
ABIS is excellent for both new and existing installations. Installation is a snap with the visual setup wizard, powered by the MPERIA® controller– that can manage one or multiple systems – offering easy step-by-step instructions that also includes configuration.
